We want your dog calmer on loud nights. If Stillwag doesn't help, you shouldn't pay for it.

How the guarantee works

• Email support@getstillwag.com within 30 nights of delivery with your order email.
• Tell us briefly what didn't work so we can improve.
• We refund the full product price to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days.

You don't need to ship anything back. Shipping upgrades and package protection are refundable only if the order never arrived.

Wrong size

If the size doesn't fit, email us within 30 nights and we'll send the right size free of charge.

Damaged or defective items

Send us a photo within 30 nights of delivery and we'll replace the item or refund you, your choice.
