Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. Every order includes tracking.

Delivery times

• Standard, free: arrives in 6 to 12 business days.
• Express, $4.99: arrives in 5 to 10 business days.

Times include 1 to 4 business days for our fulfillment partner to prepare your order. Orders ship from our partner's warehouse overseas, so tracking may show international transit before your package reaches US carriers. Delivery around major holidays can take a few days longer.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take a few days to show updates while the package is in transit.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, or arrives damaged, email support@getstillwag.com and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

If we can't ship within the time stated at checkout, we'll email you with a new date and give you the choice to cancel for a full refund.
